For the booking page run by Dave Anderson.

What this page collects

When you book a meeting, you give this page your name, your email address, your timezone, and — if you choose to — a short note about what you’d like to talk about. Nothing else is collected. There are no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies.

What happens to it

Those details are used once, to make the meeting:

This page has no database of its own. The calendar event is the record of your booking — there is no second copy anywhere, and nothing is kept once the event is deleted.

Who else sees it

Dave Anderson, and Google, whose Calendar, Meet and Gmail services carry the booking. Your details are never sold, shared with anyone else, used for marketing, or used to train anything.

Changing or removing your booking

Your confirmation email contains a link that lets you move or cancel the meeting without asking anyone. Cancelling deletes the calendar event, and with it the details stored on it. Emails already sent stay in your inbox and in Dave Anderson’s, as email does — write to daveando@gmail.com if you’d like those removed too, or if you want to know what’s held about you.

Google user data

This page acts on Dave Anderson’s Google account, with permission to read free/busy times, create and update calendar events, and send email. It uses that access only to show which times are free and to make, move or cancel the meetings booked here. Its use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. No Google user data is transferred anywhere else, and none of it is used for advertising or to train models.
